A considered rhythm from arrival to home time
Times may gently shift on the day, but this is the shape of the celebration — relaxed arrival, ceremony, dinner, dancing and a final late-night farewell.

Arrival
Guests arrive at Cowdray House for snacks and refreshments, with time to settle and greet familiar faces before our I Do's.
2:30pm
Ceremony
Take a stroll through the gardens to our secret ceremony location with stunning views of the house. We kindly ask that you be with us in the moment and no phones are used throughout our service.
3:30pm
Canapés & Cocktails
Join us on the South lawn for some of our favourite cocktails and delicious Canapés.
5:00pm
Wedding Breakfast
Guests take their seats in Buck Hall ready to enjoy the finest cuisines from Cowdrays' Yellow Kitchen team. Serving locally sourced foods and hand picked wines.
5:15pm
Speeches
A few words, a few stories, lots of laughs and maybe tears, with a glass to toast the day.
8:00pm
Festi-Fun
We invite you to party with us under the stars, in true Gem and Josh style.
8:30pm
First Dance
Take a minute to cherish the moment, and share our first dance with us as husband and wife.
10:00pm
Late Night Munchies
Burgers and Cheesy Chips to fuel the final few hours.
12:00am
Home Time
Our day will conclude at midnight, so those who are not staying please plan taxis, lifts and goodbyes accordingly.
